CARDS

One of my original posts, Living Like a Barnabas, led to me starting to design and print my own greeting cards to send to encourage others. It was mainly because I got tired of sending the same ones each week. In early 2023 I was encouraged to sell them. I had put off selling them before because I did not want to start mailing out orders, but the Lord provided a way (Striving Together) and a mission (see below for more info!).

When my daughter was at Bible college, she told me about several friends who had little or no support from family to be there. Some of these parents even felt like their children were wasting time and money. Most often they did not financially support them either. It seemed like these students were facing an uphill battle as they tried to answer their call from the Lord for fulltime service. Unfortunately, a few dropped out as the pressures became too much.

This put such a burden on my heart for these students, so when the Lord seemed to be opening the door to sell my card designs, this is where I wanted all the profits to go – a scholarship for students at West Coast Baptist College who have little or no support to attend. We are still in the baby stages, but my dream is to help several students each year with their school bill.

The challenge of my post, Living Like a Barnabas, has turned into an opportunity for each of us to be a Barnabas. DESIGNS

Hymn Series 1 (Floral) – Old hymns of the faith help to encourage others as they exalt the Lord Jesus Christ and remind us of His many promises providing strength, comfort, and grace for the toils and troubles of daily life. The inside of each card contains stanzas, chorus, and an appropriate KJV Bible verse. Each set includes twelve cards with twelve different designs and white envelopes.

Hymn Series 1 (Landscape) – This is the same hymns as the floral line, but this set of twelve have a landscape design. Each set includes twelve cards with twelve different designs and white envelopes.

Tiny Blooms Scripture – These tiny blooms daintily decorate the front of each card which has an encouraging KJV Bible verse. The inside left corner has a simple design with right side of the card blank. Each set includes twelve cards with twelve different designs and white envelopes.
